The 6-Step Workflow Behind Every Store Relocation
Site survey, planning, dismantling, packing, transport and handover: the controlled six-step process Pro Site uses to relocate commercial stores.
Most relocation problems are created before the first screw is turned: no survey, no packing plan, no record of what goes where. By the time the truck arrives at the new site, nobody knows which bracket belongs to which shelf.

That’s why every Pro Site relocation follows the same controlled process, from the first site visit to final handover.

1. Site survey
We start by walking the site: the scope, the quantities, access routes for loading, and the conditions that affect how fixtures can be removed.
2. Project plan
The survey becomes a plan: the manpower needed, the tools, the packing materials and the movement plan. Nothing starts until this is agreed.
3. Dismantle
Fixtures and connected components are removed systematically, in an order that keeps related parts together.
4. Identify & pack
Every item is labeled, grouped with its fixture, protected and prepared as a package. For modular fixtures, components can carry a unique ID or QR reference.
5. Load & move
Loading follows the plan, not the rush. Packages are transported to the agreed destination in an organized sequence.
6. Reinstall & handover
At the destination we support reassembly and prepare the site so it’s ready to operate, then hand over clearly.
Why a fixed process?
A repeatable workflow is what makes results predictable: fewer missing components, less damage and a clean handover between dismantling, storage, transport and reinstallation, whether we’re moving one store or several. We applied this exact process for Babyshop, Splash and Max at Baghdad Mall.
